ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All shipments are FOB Origin. In the event of lost or stolen products, Lunchbox reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the lost or stolen products. Any replacement will be for the original product only, with no revisions, substitutions, or modifications permitted on replacement orders.
No vapes or cartridges are permitted to be airmailed. The customer expressly waives the warranty on all vapes and cartridges by requesting or shipping via air mail.
The customer has 2 business days from the date of receipt of the package to notify Lunchbox Distribution with pictures of any alleged defects, missing items, or incorrectly shipped items. For any missing items, Customer must send Lunchbox a picture of the items received in order for Lunchbox to replace allegedly missing items. After 2 business days, all claims are expressly waived by the Customer.
